Before mass production, we will make a sample to show you our quality and service. And we will also send sample pictures or videos before shipping the samples. So that you can at least have a rough idea of what you will receive first.
After getting approval from you, we will start mass production and make sure the bulk order quantity will be exactly the same quality as the sample or even better. We will refund your payment in case of any bad quality products.
Before cutting fabric for mass production, we always check fabric quality first. In this process, we can avoid the quality problems caused by fabric. We will also arrange pre-shrink process to minimized the shrinking problem after wash.
If there are printing and embroidery on the clothing, we will inspect printing and embroidery one by one to make sure they are of perfect quality before final sewing.
After sewing, to ensure that the sizes of the clothes will match the size chart, our QC team will measure each part of the clothing including the neck width, chest, length or even the small tapes and etc.
Before packing, we will remove extra threads outside and inside of every piece. Ensure the whole clothing looks clear and neat.
We always keep a good balance between fast production and quality control. With the increasing number of customers approaching us, we have no other option but to prioritize speed. Let’s look at the whole process of apparel manufacturing and shipping:
STEP 1
We will order fabric from fabric factory and then do pre-shrink & quality checking when we receive fabric. After that is cutting the fabric into pieces.
(1-3days)
STEP 2
Printing & embroidery will be done after the fabric is cut. Graphic and logos are usually printed or embroidered on cutting pieces rather than garments. After that, we will check custom graphic and logo quality one by one.
(3-7days)
STEP 3
When everything (such as logos, patch, labels or some other accessories) is ready, we will arrange final stitching. Get cutting pieces and accessories sew together.
(5-7 days)
STEP 4
After clothing is done, our QC team will inspect (include fabric & graphic & workmanship & accessories) one piece by one piece and also cut the extra threads.
(1-2days)
STEP 5
Ironing is one of the most importatnt step to bring the finish clothing to a higher level.

STEP 6
Before packing, we will cut the extra thead outside and inside of each clothing.

STEP 7
Last but not least, each clothing will be packed into 1 plastic bag and about 20-100pcs into 1 carton.
