Sampling (sample development & sample production) is a process in which we develop your design and idea into a real product with the shape, fit, construction and stitching you need. All the details that gathering to finish the sample for your inspection before bulk ordering. All samples are made by our in-house sample team with 7-10 days turnaround.
Mass production is a manufacturing process in which large quantities of standardized products are produced quickly and efficiently. This means that clothing items are produced in large quantities using standardized designs and production processes. This allows for the production of clothing at a lower cost and in a shorter amount of time compared to other methods of production.
Sample production is one of the most important steps of garment manufacturing. The sample reflects your tech packs and technical drawings. It helps you to know what your designs look like before mass production without being any unexpected dissatisfaction.

Sending us your tech pack is the most efficient and convenient way to let us know your needs. Because tech pack is a document containing all the detailed information about your clothing including mock-up, fabric, size, accessories and etc.
Sending us your sample clothing is the best way to help us with the fabric sourcing and size/fit/style coping, and know the quality you are looking for.
If you don’t have tech pack yet, we also offer make-to-picture and make-to-drawing services. Send us some pictures or even the draft of the style you are interested in also work for us.

Sample cost is around US$50-150 per piece depending on your design and sample shipping cost is depending on sample quantity.
Sample lead time is around 1-2 weeks which is depending on your design.
For any quality problem, we will be responsible for that and refund money.
If it is simply because you are not satisfied with the sample and want to do some changes, then sample payment cannot refund.
Yes, of course. It is all up to you.
Sample cost will refund when we do bulk order for the corresponding design and order quantity is more than 300pcs.
For example, if you place a sample order of 3 different t-shirt designs:
Sample cost: US$80*3=US$240
Sample shipping cost: US$40
Total for sample order: US$240+US$40=US$280
If we make bulk order for just 1 t-shirt design, and quantity is more than 300pcs. We will refund US$80
If we make bulk order for all 3 t-shirt designs, and quantity is more than 900pcs in total. We will refund US$240.
In regard to sample order, we accept Paypal to protect your money.
As for bulk order, normally we do bank transfer (T/T). PayPal also works for us.

As a FPP (Full Production Package) clothing factory in China, our mission is to provide you a full range of worry-free apparel production services that are safe, efficient, environmentally friendly, sustainable and ethical.
After receiving approval from you, we will start to mass production. During mass production, there are 5 main steps.
First and foremost, after getting the fabric rolls from fabric supplier, we will release and check carefully meter by meter.And then we will send the quality fabrics do pre-shrinkage treatment to minimize the shrinking problem. Unshrunk treated fabrics sometimes shrink as much as 8-10% while treated fabrics shrink normally between 1-3%.
When getting the paper pattern from designer, our workmate of cutting team need to lay the fabric on the cutting bed and then put the paper pattern on the surface of fabric.

The next step is cutting fabric alone the patterns’ outline by using a cutting machine with the straight and sharp knife. It is the most crucial action. Once it is cut, there is no going back. Personally, I think it is the most interesting and exciting step during clothing manufacturing.
After the cutting process, we will get some “fabric piles” as shown in the picture. Each “fabric piles” normally means different parts of the clothing, call cutted fabric. A garment usually consists of a few to a dozen different cutted pieces.
So another import thing our cutting workmate need to do is wrap each “piles” with a fabric tape and mark down the information of each “piles” on a small label. Only in this way, our sewing team won’t make a mistake among different cutted piece and different sizes.
Instead of printing or embroidery on a finished garment as you expected. We will add logos and graphic on cutted fabric pieces. This allows us to have maximum control over the position of the print and embroidery. Make sure that every logo on every cut piece is not skewed. On the other hand, in the process of printing or embroidering, there are always some defective pieces. It is much easier to re-cut a piece than to recreate a garment.

Sewing is one of the most familiar to everyone. But did you know? Actually a piece of clothing is not exactly completed by one worker. Each worker has his or her own area of expertise. Some workers are good at overlocking while some others are good at binding. Usually, each of them is responsible for only one part of the clothing. For example, after finish sewing the collar of the shirt to the shirt body, the worker will pass it on the next one to sew the sleeves only.
Standardized processes maximize the strengths of each individual. Save cost, save time and save money.
After sewing, we get the finished garment now. The next step is checking quality one by one. Our QC team needs to ensure correct assembly of the garment without any manufacturing flaws. This process includes checking sizes, sewing quality (skipping stitch/ needle distance and etc), printing & embroidery quality, clothing cleaning without stains.
When quality inspecting finish, we almost get the clothes. From the finished garment to a perfect garment. These are two important steps: cut extra threads and iron. Cutting all the excess threads brings the clothes clean and neat look. And the professional ironing can take the clothing to a higher level.

This is the final step of garment manufacturing, we fold, add your custom hang tag, and package garments based on your requirements. We pack each clothing into protective plastic bags, then placed in carton to be ready to ship to your address.

Our staff is paid an above-average salary (US$990-US$1750 per month), enjoy free lunch and dinner every day. Work no more than 8 hours. If overtime working is needed, over time no more than 2 hours and our workmate will have the overtime allowance.
Our team all work in a clean, comfortable and safe environment. (We have our own cleaner to clean and sanitize the office and workshop once a day.
As for the firefighting equipment, we also check every month to ensure that the firefighting equipment is working properly.
